Privacy Notice

Make Some Noooice Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202140159C), which runs Noooice Academy, respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through our website and bookings, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you book a Noooicey Kidz trial on our website, we collect:

• your name and WhatsApp number

• your child's first name and age

• whether your child has danced before

• how you heard about us

• your booking reference and payment status

When your child enrols, we also keep a parent's contact and an emergency contact for every class.

We only ask for your child's first name when you book a trial. We don't ask for NRIC numbers, school names or home addresses.

When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email, we see what you send us and the contact details on your account. When you book an adult class, you book through Vibefam or ClassPass, which have their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

• to confirm your trial, hold your place and match your payment

• to contact you on WhatsApp about the trial, the class and enrolling

• to keep class sizes safe and plan our classes

• to understand which of our ads and posts bring families to us

We don't sell your personal data.

Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (with Meta's Conversions API) and Google Analytics. They use cookies and similar tools to tell us how people find and use our site, and to measure our ads. When you book a trial, we tell Meta that a booking happened so we can see which ads work. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.

Photos and videos

We film and photograph classes for our social media and ads. By joining a Noooicey Kidz class, parents agree that their child may appear in our photos, videos and ads. We never post a child's full name or school uniform. If you'd rather your child isn't filmed, tell us and we'll keep them out of shot. Adult dancers can ask us the same, any time.

Who sees it

• our team: the studio director, the Kidz programme team, the instructors who teach your child's class, and our front desk, only as far as they need it

• the services we use to run bookings and our website: Wix (website), Google (where booking records are kept), WhatsApp, Meta and Google Analytics

Some of these services store data outside Singapore. We use well-known providers and only share what they need to do their job.

How long we keep it

• trial bookings that don't go on to enrol: up to 12 months, then deleted

• enrolled students: while your child is with us, and up to 2 years after they leave

• WhatsApp and email messages: as long as needed to help you

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you or your child

• correct anything that's wrong

• stop using it, or delete it (if you withdraw consent, we may not be able to keep your place or contact you about classes)

Email hello@noooice.com with "Privacy" in the subject, or WhatsApp us on 8996 6141. We'll reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Keeping it safe

Only the people who need your data can see it, and our booking records are kept in access-controlled accounts. If something ever goes wrong, we'll act quickly and tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
